Requirement of our MS4 stormwater permitting
NOTICE OF JOINT PUBLIC HEARINGS ON PROPOSED PROPERTY TAX INCREASES
Public notice is hereby given, in compliance with the provisions of Neb. Rev. Stat. §77-1633, that a representative of the following political subdivision will meet for the purpose of conducting a joint public hearing to obtain public input on a property tax increase proposed by the following subdivisions:
- City of South Sioux City,
402-494-7594, Property Tax requested: $4,138,533.03
September 20, 2023 at 6:00 p.m.

402-371-2020. Property Tax requested: $35,252,333.00
September 21, 2023 at 6:00 p.m.

Said meetings are open to the public. Accommodations for the disabled are available upon request. Please contact the Dakota County Clerk at 402-987-2130 at least 48 hours prior to the meeting if accommodations are required.
There is no item on the agenda other than discussion of each political subdivision’s intent to increase its property tax request by a percentage greater than the “allowable growth percentage” defined in §77-1633. The political subdivisions shall make their presentations in the order listed above.

Por la presente se da aviso público, en cumplimiento de lo dispuesto en Neb. Rev. Stat. §77-1633, que un representante de la siguiente subdivisión política se reunirá con el propósito de llevar a cabo una audiencia publica conjunta para obtener la opinión publica sobre un aumento del impuesto a la propiedad propuesto por las siguientes subdivisiones:
